Christian College

Agreed, that’s why when I made the list at the beginning, I wrote only non-Catholic Christian schools because I thought thats what the OP wanted

and RoaringMice, the christian Wheaton College is in Illinois, the non-christian one is in massachusetts

Without hesitation the two best protestant Christian universities are:

Wheaton College
Biola University

I say Bob Jones is a really good Christian college. So is Pensecola and Maranatha. These are the colleges where the major emphasis is christianity. Other schools may have Christian backgrounds but not emphasize it as much as academics.

Wow, I must admit this is the first time I’ve ever seen Pensacola listed on a ‘good’ list even if the criteria is just Christianity…

To each their own, of course. But I’d suggest anyone considering it ought to google it and be sure it is the right place for them - esp since it’s not accredited.

I’ve never heard of Maranatha.

Bob Jones and Pensacola will appeal almost exclusively to students who have grown up in an environment of strict christianity/legalism, and are hesitant to step outside of that.

If you want a college with a strong christian (faith-building, not primarily rule-enforcing) environment, and excellent academics I would recommend including Wheaton College and Biola in your search.

I think their Engineering program is accredited by ABET and I believe they have an accredited Nursing program. They may have another accredited degree or so, but while it’s accurate to say that most of the school is not accredited, some of it is…even it’s just a minority.

Pensacola does not show up as accredited by ABET on its (ABET’s) website.
