<p>Does anyone have any info on the new Christian Fraternity that started up recently? Seems I read something about it last semester…</p>

<p>Is it the Alpha Delta Chi? One of D’s friends at UA from home is in it and loves it. I can probably connect yours with her if they are interested.</p>

<p>Thanks, TxNewCollege Mom…I did a little research and found Beta Upsilon Chi. A Christian Fraternity. I am hoping my son will look in to this group as he is a sophomore needing to make some connections soon. :frowning: He had a great freshman year, but things aren’t going as well this semester. Hmmmm… I am a bit worried about him.</p>

<p>Ah, that must be the male chapter. I know she is part of the Wesley group that is part of UMC and they seem to have a lot of activities. Think she said Sunday and Tuesday nights. Has he visited them yet? If not I would get him the info and encourage him to go and check it out. She seems to enjoy it and is always posting on FB about the events.</p>

<p>Beta Upsilon Chi is the new Christian fraternity. My son is a sophomore, and he recently pledged. He seems to be enjoying it. I think they have around 30 guys.</p>

<p>Is this fraternity restricted to Christians?</p>

<p>From my quick search of Wikipedia, yes it only admits Christians. It also doesn’t allow gays to join, even if they are Christians.</p>

<p>Would someone please post the contact information for the president or pledge chairman of this fraternity? I would LOVE to pass this information on to my son, who continues to search for a good social “fit”.</p>
