<p>During Christmas break I know we have to move out of the dorms from Dec 20th to Jan 7th, but do we have to move ALL our stuff out of the rooms?</p>
<p>Or can we leave most of our stuff in there?</p>

<p>uhm.. no. you leave your stuff there because its going to be a huge hassle moving everybody in when they aren't really moving.</p>
<p>And your school might differ from other schools so ask your school forum + school admins... i know for my school we can move in like 2 days before the break is over.</p>

<p>every school I know you can keep your stuff there...they are just cheap and want you out of there to save on security, heating, water, etc. (and everyone goes home anyways)</p>
<p>Check with your housing office, as you can probably get special permission to be back earlier, especially if you are coming from further away. They will just want to know who and when--you may get an extra day or two.</p>
