<p>I have a question. The school I may be attending starting Jan. offers a Computer Information Systems major, I am interested in IT, with maybe a minor in business management. Is CIS equivalent to MIS at other universities?
Also, I will be attending Bernard M. Baruch College on a scholarship as part of the honors program, what are your opinions of their IT program. My goals are to join one of the smaller start-ups that offer services to small business's as a consultant or equivalent, which is what an older brother of mine is currently doing. I am just wondering if the program at Baruch is good, from what I hear they are pretty well.
I am still waiting to hear from NYU Stern, but am hesitant due to their lack of financial aid, CUNY is offering me a full ride, all expenses paid.</p>
