CIT waitlist

Do anyone know approximately how many people will manage to get admitted after being waitlisted for CIT?

No one can have any idea until we reach the May 1 enrollment deadline. Some years several people get off it, some years no one does.

The best thing you can do is write a personal letter to CMU explaining why you think CMU is the best school for you and stating your intent to enroll should you be admitted off the waitlist (assuming you will). That and send them anything that can possibly help your file so that when they rank the waitlist you’ll be remembered.

Is there any difference between international student and US students if lets say they decided to admit some students off the waitlist? I mean, will US students given preference over international students?

And is it recommended if I sent another supplementary material and teacher recommendation for them together with my letter of intent and latest transcript, latest achievements etc?

Bump…

And may I ask if there is any CIT waitlist in CC?
Anyone?
