<p>with a 3.7 and decent stats I would rather see you go either Computer Science or Computer Engineering. A CIT degree is the equivalent of a technician, many of whom are being replaced in todays market. CS majors and Computer Engineers are learning are adapting to a wider range of skill requirements, eventually ruling out the need for a CIT middle man. CS majors learn the hardware they are programming for, and computer engineers learn the programs they are designing systems for.</p>
<p>that sounds like good advice. I think I would rather do computer engineering than computer science(I love programming, but it can be so frustrating). Do you think I would be able to get into Purdue's computer engineering school? Even though I do good in math, I consider it one of my weaker subjects.</p>
