Quick question I hope: I quoted my math textbook in my common app essay. Do I need some kind of citation (I think it would seem really out of place to have one at the end) ?
Use a journalistic attribution. Like you’s see in a newspaper story.
That’s kind of what of have right now: “From page 660 of IB Math HL” followed by the quote.
