When I first saw the "College Ranking Game (Plus/Minus)" thread, I became inspired to start this thread!

How to play: All 20 cities start out with 10 points, as indicated. Each turn, you may add a point to one city, and subtract a point from another. You have unlimited "turns" per day, but you can only change the ranking of DIFFERENT cities each turn. (e.g. I use my first turn to give Austin, TX a point and subtract a point from Phoenix, AZ. I use my second turn to give Austin a point and subtract a point from Las Vegas. I CANNOT use my second turn to give/subtract a point to/from Austin OR Phoenix.)

At the end of the post, state the two changes you made and also be sure to actually change the numbers next to the city. Each turn should be in a new post.

Every time a city reaches "0", I will announce the "CC ranking" of that city.

When there are four cities left, there will be a "showdown"; the highest ranked city will compete with the lowest ranked of the four, and the second highest ranked will compete with the second lowest ranked. The two winners from the "showdown" will then compete against each other for the ultimate title.
