Hey! I'm a rising junior in NJ. I am NOT a citizen of the US, but I do have a PR. So what would I be applying as to college next year in the US?--an international or something else? And do I have a lower chance or higher chance of getting into a college b/c of this? Thanks!

As a Permanent Resident, you will be treated just like citizens (though there might be few single scholarships you might not be eligible for).

International students generally have lower chances of admission and an extremely hard time getting financial aid but this does not apply to you.

b@r!um is correct. PR status is equivalently treated by colleges as citizens.

Something to consider once after college: given the emphasis on security, know that your career options may face less hurdles if you go ahead and naturalize to US citizenship.

I'm a PR too, but I'll (hopefully) be a citizen before the next presidential election

For those who don't know
It takes a LONG time to become a citizen. I've been in the U.S. since '94 and am still a PR, but not for long :)
