So I have pretty much decided on Citrus Community College, and plan to be in its honors program. "Citrus College has transfer agreements through the Honors Transfer Council of California with the following universities: UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Fullerton's Honors Business program, Occidental, Pitzer, Pomona, Loyola Marymount, University of San Diego, San Jose State's Engineering program and others."

Have any Citrus honors students actually gotten into UCLA, Occidental, Pitzer, Pomona, or Loyola Marymount?

How well does the honors program prepare you?

I’m on my last semester at Citrus College. I’m not sure about the liberal private colleges, but a lot of students have definitely been accepted to UCLA via the honors program.

Here are some of the perks of TAP(honors program) for UCLA:[Transfer Alliance Program - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/Adm_tr/ADM_CCO/tap.htm)

You pretty much get priority registration at Citrus-- which is extremely help and will help you get the classes you need-- and UCLA reviews your application earlier, given you a better change to be admitted.
