<p>I've been accepted to this program, which is in Duarte, California, and it will pay me a $4000 stipend.
However, will the $4000 stipend cover living expenses (in CALIFORNIA) and food?
If you've done this program, where did you stay and how expensive was it?</p>
<p>Also, when I start the program, I will be one month away from 16. Will they mind? I put 1998 on my app but they still accepted it.</p>
