I'm a second semester freshman and it's looking like I'll have some extra space in my schedule for 2 or 3 more classes. I was wondering if their are any certain classes that would be useful/beneficial for my job search - Classes that would be good to know and make me more marketable.

Some ideas I had were:
Advanced CAD class
Specific steel/concrete class
Extra programming class of some sort
A sub-civil area class that is important to know

I would not spend a course on Advanced CAD (assuming you already know basic CAD). Anything else that you’ll need to know you can learn on your own through the manuals. I also wouldn’t spend it on an extra programming course for the same reason.

If you already know what field you want to go into, take additional courses in that area. If you don’t, then spread your selections over a couple of areas so you can get a better overview and help you decide which field you like better.
