Civil Engineering to Electrical Engineering

How hard would it be to get a master's degree in electrical engineering after getting a bachelor's degree in civil engineering?

The requirements would vary by school and what you would want to study within EE, but I would say that you would likely have a lot of courses to make up (maybe a year full) in order to get started on graduate study in EE. If you are serious about doing this, take as many EE courses as electives (or extra courses) as you can during your Civil degree.

Can you give us some context? Why is it that you want to switch, how far are you along in your degree studies, what exactly do you want to pursue, etc... Like Dr Reynolds said, it really depends upon the situation, and if there's something specific you've got in mind, the folks around here might be able to give you better info if you were to give us some more details about the situation.
