Civils, what do you think about this?

<p>The projects the government would fund when the infrastructure / stimulus package gets approved will be “ready-to-go” projects. All engineering, permitting, public approval, etc. are complete for these projects and are only missing funding.</p>

<p>Blame whoever you want, but the comprehensiveness of the documents were likely necessary to satisfy the public, prevent lawsuits, and prevent loopholes from being exploited.</p>

<p>My main message, pending response from Toadstool (which I doubt I’ll get), was going to be that we should just do construction projects without any documents at all. That’d be exciting.</p>
