Sending mine tomorrow… Right after I withdraw from my other school. Heh

what are you guys requesting for housing? I hear some of the dorms don’t have air conditioning.

You tend to end up in pretty ****ty housing as a transfer. Just saying. North quad is social, but has no AC (allegedly because it would make people more social), and some dorms in mid quad are air conditioned. All the south quad dorms have AC, but with the exception of Stark (which is substance-free), are taken up by seniors and huge groups of friends. We have a bit of a housing crunch, so you might live in a craptastic dorm, like Berger. But that’s where all the fun college memories are made! :-D

Bring a fan, move in day is hell–but welcome to CMC!

Im sending in my deposit today as well!

Hey you guys do transfers get singles? or do we get doubles…like if we request for a single do they give it to us?

You can definitely get singles as a transfer. A lot of my friends transferring in last year were able to get them (they secure about 10% of every dorm for new students, though some have more empty space than others), so you should be fine.

Oh wow awesomesauce… U just made my day! If u can… can u pls lemme knw if there is a specific dorm(s) where I’ll have a better shot at getting a single?

I love CMC! Can’t wait till fall…

In this order: Berger, Phillips, Benson, Marks, and maybe Beckett. Keep in mind, however, that this list is in reverse order of niceness. They don’t call it the Dirty Berg for nothing…

Thankyou so much

Also where do I indicate on the 2009 questionairre that i would prefer a single besides
