Clarification about FLL

If you were accepted into the Faculty of Language Linguistics (FLL), that does, now, mean that you've been accepted into Georgetown college? Are there any restrictions on the FLL? Am I part of FLL or the College, or FLL and the College? What if I decide to not major in French, but rather polisci or econ or some other major within the college? I can't find any information about the program--
Additionally, whatever major you applied as to the college isn't definite, correct?
I'm having trouble finding pertinent information on the website.

You are in the College if you are in the FLL. You can also switch your major, its not definite and even if it were the deans here will let you do almost anything so long as you talk with them ahead of time

I know this isn’t strictly relevant but my sister was in FLL and loved it. It sounded very nonrestrictive
