Clarification Needed...PLEASE!!! (:

Ok, so I want to study Chemical Engineering, but I've heard that the College of Chemistry is a lot harder to get accepted into than L&S. Is this 100% true? Or is it just people trying to scare other applicants away from CoC?
I would say that I'm a borderline applicant. My test scores are ok, but you can tell that I've been concentrating my high school education on chemistry.
I was thinking about applying L&S for chemistry, then switching into CoC, but the problem is, one of my personal statements goes on and on about engineering...so what should I do?

Basically what I want to know is this:
Is CoC really more difficult to get accepted into than L&S or CoE?

In order of decreasing difficulty:

CoE > CoC > L&S

Ok, thank you. In the end I just applied to CoC because Chemical Engineering is truly what I dream of studying, so there's no point in me applying for anything else. (:

Good decision!

I did the same thing with bioengineering. :)
