Clark vs Ithaca for Science?

My son has been accepted to both, with costs being equal after generous merit and need based aid from both. He is entering as undecided but his interest lies with Biology/Health Sciences. He loved both schools, but they are so different...any input would be welcome...

My daughter also making the decision but is interested in visual arts. Both my husband and I Clark Alumni so we know and love Clark but that cuts both ways for us. I think the schools are more alike that not. What do you see as the ‘big’ differences?

We both really liked both schools, but feel that they are very different, both in size and environment. I worry that Clark would feel closed in after awhile, while Ithaca is in a really beautiful area. I love that Clark seems to be a really politically active atmosphere, which I know he would enjoy.

One of the perks to Clark is that you can get a BS and MS in 5 years, with the 5th year tuition-free.
