Clark's Financial Aid info?

My son had an email that he was accepted about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Since then, we haven't received anything by snail mail about the acceptance, nor have I received any emails from Clark.

Clark is one of my son's top choices, but where he goes depends on what aid he gets. Does anyone know whether their financial aid info will come by email too?

He was also accepted at UVM, which has been sending us email or letters almost every day (including an email by a parent of current students), and at 2 state colleges, which each sent a whole packet of information. I'm happy to see that Clark is so green, but it would be nice if they'd send something for parents to read as well -- I'd really appreciate an email letting us know what's going on!

Also, any ideas about how well Clark does with financial aid? I filled out their net price calculator and it showed our EFC but no indication of any aid other than loans, whereas all the other colleges showed large grants plus a smaller loan. I'm hoping there was a mistake!

thanks!

My son was accepted EA months ago, and I believe it was only by email. This email included his Merit Aid. He called last week and was told financial aid would be released on March 19th.

I called Clark and looked on their website and both said FA decisions come out in the end of March. I’ve gotten accepted to 13 colleges and I’ve received 6 financial aid awards so far. Most schools don’t give out awards until the end of March, so don’t freight! I’m REALLY hoping for an amazing award because Clark’s a top choice! :)

I am chuckling.
Parents of Clark students have (today) received a notice of increased tuition and room and board for 2012-2013.
I think the financial aid office has been busy with that mailing.
First things first!
