Clash between ACT and SAT

I am taking a Kaplan test prep course in March for the SAT. I took the Feb. 9 ACT and didn't get the score that I had hoped for :( So I want to take it again on April 12. However I'm worried that my prep for SAT in Kaplan and my own prep for ACT will clash, and I won't do well on the ACT. Do you guys think I should take the ACT on April 12?

P.S. I can't take the ACT in June but I want to finish all standardized testing before my senior year.

I don’t think the preps will clash. I think my D’s in-school SAT prep helped her get a good ACT score. There is really only one difference, I think. (What is it, guess on the ACT and don’t guess on the SAT?)

Rush on the ACT.

Think it through on the SAT.

When you run out of time on the ACT, start filling in random bubbles. Don’t leave ANYTHING blank. ;)

And like codexaenir said, think it through on the SAT.
