Class 2017

Twitter feed posted RD admission packages were mailed Friday! Good luck to all.

ACCEPTED in PA!!!
33ACT 3.97/4.61 GPA

I was invited to the multicultural weekend. Silly question, this isn’t just for minorities is it? Is anyone else planning to attend?

WOW you got your letter fast!!

Big congrats to you, biker77! I don’t think that’s a silly question at all. I don’t have an answer for you, other than to say that 30 years ago, when I was starting college, events with names like that were events for minorities. I don’t think you need to be at all embarrassed to call and ask – might as well let admissions know they’re being confusing.

Again, congrats!

Congrats, biker77! Nervously awaiting results here in Arizona — should be a Monday delivery for everyone else.

I can’t wait…if only the post office worked on Sundays. Too bad for next year’s applicants who won’t get Saturday mail!

and congrats biker77! I remember you saying you were interested in the cities program. Hope to see you there!

Rejected by Rice and Swarthmore, Waitlisted also to WUSTL

I’ll still take a spot on the waitlist, however

Congrats biker77! I believe that the multicultural event is only for minority students of all backgrounds. But you should definitely go - I’m sure it’s a wonderful experience.

And good luck to you on the waitlist, mmmico.

Just got the mail in North Jersey. Accepted!!

Congrats to biker and andurilukr!

D accepted in MN.

Waitlisted.

Not bad considering I thought I’d be rejected.

I’m accepted and I got the multicultural letter too. I would caution you against associating “multicultural” with minorities, as it has been my experience that each individual brings a unique cultural perspective. For example, despite my status as a white, male American, I am strongly in touch with my German and Scandinavian heritage whereas other white Americans might have Italian or Russian heritage and culture. So, I would say you should still be able to go despite not being a minority because you could still bring a unique cultural perspective.

Waitlisted with 2180 SAT, 32 ACT, 3.91 GPA. Surprised and sad but everything happens for a reason right? Congrats to all who were accepted :)

Accepted with a 2360 SAT, 35 ACT, 4.83 GPA. Happy, Haverford’s my first choice!

I didn’t get any financial aid info though, did anyone else get their award?

accepted with a 27 ACT like a 3.2 GPA… I’m a math and science guy, everything else crashes me but I guess Haverford noticed that.

Accepted to the Class of 2017!
