I was wondering what everyone does in class from after the AP test to the end of the year, and how much time everyone has before the end of the year.

Seniors probably have very few days before leaving anyways, but us Juniors still have to finish out the year.

My summer vacation does not begin until somewhere around June 20.

In APUSH, we are finishing up our local government projects and will have to make presentations, which could take a while. We are also doing a whole unit on Government.

In AP Eng Lang, we are much more relaxed. We will be reading Macbeth to bridge the gap to AP Eng Lit, but will not have to write any more full papers. We will also be playing with some new software the school is looking into that corrects papers, not just for grammar but supposedly also content and other areas.

not much.
Although for AP Government, we have to write a position paper on a controversial topic.
And for AP English, it's just senior project presentations.
AP Calc AB, trig substitution for integrals.
AP Physics, Labs galore!

Hmm...my school ends may 22 or so... apush we play Risk and in bio we play videogames woot.. its just one week so its relax time as we prepare for our finals

My English class is doing LTDs up till the end of time :(
My Spanish teacher still insists on Vocab practices (she's prolly getting back at all of us for seeing that nobody signed up for Spanish 5 next year)
and..my APUSH teacher's feeding us movies like Thunderheart :p

here are my 4 AP classes and what we've been doing after the AP tests:

Calculus AB --- watching movies, playing scrabble, going outside and playing some frisbee (next chapter in the book is BC stuff, so we aren't starting that until next year).. final exam was a practice AP test we took in class.. i got a 5 on it, so my final exam grade is set (98% for 5.. 92 for a 4.. 88 for a 3.. etc..)

World History --- learning about 20th century stuff and having our final exam over that info (the only class where we're doing this.. sucks)

Chemistry --- Doing labs that we haven't been able to do throughout the year and turning them in for our final exam grade (easy.. and fun)

Physics B --- watching physics videos.. reviewing electricity and magnetism stuff for our final exam.. (not hard at all.. all MC and not AP questions.. so that should be easy)

so it's not too bad for me.. i have school from May 19 through May 22.. thne exams start this Friday the 23rd... monday the 26th is no school.. the 27th through the 29th are the rest of exams (and friday the 30th is make up exam day)... and i only have exams on friday the 23rd and tuesday the 27th.. so it's the end of my junior year.. yay!

In APUSH we are doing a presentation on the most influential American its kind of a mini debate. Then we are just watching movies. My teacher said that if we took the exam he is not going to make us take the final!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

APUSH: We just watched Return With Honor and we get to vote for another movie to watch

AP Eng. Lang. and Comp: We're reading Death of a Salesmen in class and acting it out =P

AP Stats: We learned F-tests and ANOVA. For the past week, we've been playing Monopoly and having game tournaments. We start watching Anchorman on Tuesday (Monday is senior skip day) and our final project is due the 28th.

AP Bio: This week, and part of next week we're watching movies. After that we have one project, and we dissect fetal pigs.

AP Chem: We basically do labs and party for the rest of the year. Things we get to make: pralines, ice cream, bouncy balls, foam, smores, etc. We have one biochem test, and our lab books are due once.

AP World: Ugh, I don't even know. We we're supposed to have read all of these books and write summarys, but no one has, we also have a video project. I don't think I'll really do either, my grade is high enough.

AP Psych: CC class, final on monday then done.

psychology:
checking our facebook/myspace on a daily basis.

art history:
we have to choose an artwork and replicate it 10 times the size on the floor with chalk around the school. We will also have to break up into groups and to a performance art, but nothing to avant guard, lol.

english lit:
just doing simples poems and just talking.

I feel lucky... at my school, AP kids don't take final exams :)

We'll also be watching movies at some point in APUSH to break up the govt stuff... and listening to Vietnam War protest songs... and other various enrichment activities that we didn't have time for.

um...my last day was May 9 (for seniors) and the AP exams actually made us go back to school...other than that we had graduation stuff we have to prepare for and fun senior activities like going to the beach, water park, breakfasts, etc.

My last day was May 9th too! (I don't live in Jupiter though, so no, we don't go to the same school.) It was sad actually having to go back to school to take the AP Environment exam during what was supposed to be Summer vacation. But the point is that I'm done now and graduation is tomorrow. Yay!

ap physics: watching videos on science stuff that are kind of interesting (for example finding treasure of this old ship, bombs in hiroshima/nagasaki etc) and we have a project to make a catapult which will be used in a competition
ap us history: watching cartoons, playing monopoly, and having a debate
ap calc bc: writing a poem and matrices
ap english: reading two novels and making a music video

apush: videos! and not historic ones.. they're like movies 8) haha but they are old ones but still, are pretty good and interesting not to mention funny.
our teacher gave us a project to do though. gay.

ap physics: Free time! except i think we're going to start watching videos soon... darn

ap eng: starting the great gatsby... adn we also have a project -_- alksdjflasd

ap eng: senior portfolio and hamlet projects and assignments :(
ap calc bc: juniors prepare for standards testing, seniors do nothing
ap us govt: economics -.-
ap physics: labs
