My Comparative Politics class just got canceled due to instructor illness. Any idea's on how to proceed, and what to expect? I'll still have 91.5 units by the end of Fall.

I'm assuming UCLA is a total no-go now (as if it wasn't before). At least I have a TAG for Davis...

Thanks,
Sammy

Thanks,

I was in a similar situation because my major pre-req got canceled due to the budget crisis. I was told just to note on the update that it was canceled and that the people at UCLA should understand since it was out of my hands.

hmm... the priority application update period has passed. Think it'll be okay still?

Sammy,

Contact UCLA and tell them what happened. Every single encounter I had with anyone at UC admissions (which for me was mostly Cal and UCLA) showed that the people who work there are normal, sane individuals.

If your class got canceled for reasons totally beyond your control, they will take that into account. You need to be mature and up front about it though and let them know.
