In the teacher evaluation form there are severl types of classes
(AP, IB, accelerated, honors, elective; 100-level, 200-level, etc.).

I don't know what those type of classification means. For instance in our system there are 3 levels of math: 3 units ,4 units and 5 units all of them have national exams and the 5 units is the hardest and include all of the material.

My teacher ask me what in the equivalent to 3 ,4,5 in the above classifications

Use 3, 4 and 5, and explain in a sentence or two what those classifications mean.

You don’t need to try to find the US equivalent of your classes. Just state them as they are. The same goes for your GPA. Don’t convert it to a 4 scale as in the US. The reason is that every school system is different and there’s never a perfect equivalent between what a certain type of course represents. The counselor is asked for a school profile where s/he should also explain a little the school system you’re following.
