So you are in Spanish III. Accept that. Go speak with your teacher and get help finding extra study materials, and arranging extra speaking/listening practice. Then plan time in your schedule each day to do the work needed to catch up.
If your teacher believes that is is impossible for you to catch up, drop the class, and take something else.
