Class enrollment limit = 0?

<p>Why do some classes like Cse11 show a waitlist but the class capacity is 0? Is there actually no class capacity because they expect hundreds of freshman to sign up for the class?</p>

<p>don’t worry, the class capacity will increase and waitlists will open once freshman/transfer enrollment begins.</p>
