Are the classes, in general, gigantic 100+ classes in auditoriums? or are they small enough that you don't feel like a number?

They're whatever you want them to be. If you want small classes, you can get small classes. If you don't care, or you want large classes, you can get those, too. FYI, some classes with popular professors will always be large. However, there's always a weekly discussion hour with a qualified TA and professors always make themselves available for office hours.

Most intro classes on the "on" semester (the semester students usually take the class) have 100+ students. On the "off" semester, the number of students is smaller, but how much smaller depends on the class. There are small intro classes if the class has multiple lecture sections. The higher level classes get smaller as you go along in your education.
