Class from 8:00 to 9:30 and 9:30 to 11:00 on Tues/Thurs. Will I make it?

I have a class that starts immediately when one ends on a TTh. The location is from robert a welch hall to robert lee moore hall.

I am asking because I remember hearing that students get out 10-15 minutes early? Or Does one end at 9:30 and start at 9:30 immediatly?

You are given 15-minute passing periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
10 minutes on Mon, Wed & Fri.

So in this situation you would most likely get out at 9:15 ever Tues & Thurs if I am not mistaken.

You’ll make it with plenty of time to spare!

Thanks, that’s good news, but I’m still a little worried if the professor might give out a quiz at the last ten minutes? And is the 15 minute passing period set in stone? Or do some professors make you stay?

The class I get out from is GOV 312L with Bruce Buchanan, I don’t know if that would help.

Nah, that won’t happen. You’ll always get out early, although 10 or 15 minutes “early” is really considered “on time”.

Your teacher also seems nice and is described as “well organized” on MyEdu, so I definitely wouldn’t worry about it. :)

Your walk will take 3-4 minutes and you have 15 minutes because it’s a T/Th class. You will have no trouble doing the walk. I’ve had 8 minute walks for a 10 minute passing periods and I was fine.

I never once had a professor hold me in class during passing period. You should be fine. For future reference, my personal preference is to sign up for back to back classes, you may find yourself preferring that in the future. I hate having an awkward hour in between classes in which it’s a long time but really not enough time to do anything.
