Class help

Hey everyone! So I’m about 87% done with my associates of arts (I’m going to transfer to a university to get my B.A. in Psychology) and all I really need to do is just a few math classes along with liberal art electives until I reach the required credits.

This Fall semester I’m enrolled in a math along with a few online classes (because it’s easier and none of these are actually required)

I’m taking Survey of Rock & Roll, Intro to Religion, and U.S. History to 1877. I was thinking about taking either Personality Psych or Children & Development but the professors are not really that great and I would like to take those in person. I would take them them semester but again, not compatible with my schedule.

Basically what I’m asking is advice on what other class to take.

Art? Philosophy? Political science? Humanities? Women’s Study? Sociology? English? Foreign language? Say screw it and just take Psych online?

I’ve asked my counselor and they basically told me I can take whatever as long as its a liberal art related classes I’m fine. I know it’s different for every college and each class is different. I just want to know what a psychology student should be taking in CC when all other requirements has been met

Take a look at the transfer schools you’re looking at. See what they’ll require for that BA.

Look at your state flagship’s Psychology major: Have you taken all ‘entrance to major’ classes? Have you taken all gen Ed that college requires?

Otherwise:
Foreign language if you’ve not reached college level 2 or 3.
Philosophy, English (composition or a literature you’re interested in) or sociology would all work well with psychology.
Have you taken statistics yet? It’s a pre-requisite at most colleges I know.

I’ve taken all my gen ed classes BESIDES math so I’m planning on taking statistics next semester! I already took Sociology and for the PSYCH classes it just has a long list of different classes I could take. But I was trying to debate if I should take a language and drop the PSYCH class for the semester
