At any rate, Wellesley a fine school - one that my daughter looked at seriously - but it only accepts admissions applications from women. (They do have joint classes with students from the nearby schools, e.g., MIT, Brandeis, Babson and Olin)</p>

<p>My daughter has a friend (male) who was accepted at Vassar, and I was surprised to find out how many men now attend... the recent classes have been close to 50/50 male/female. The changes occur quickly.</p>
