<p>personally, i dont think apps are a waste of money at all. its like taking a practise real sat. is that a waste of money? it costs 50 bucks, yea, but theres no "extra cost".. and 50 bucks isnt really that much in terms of what it gives u. i mean.. im not "rich" but i applied to 15 schools senior year. all my friends are like "ur only going to one school, y apply to so many?" well.. yah im only going to one school.. so i wanna go to princeton.. problem is they didnt accept me so what am i suppose to do if i only applied to one school? it is soooo important to apply to a lot of schools. u have to have 1-2 safties, 2-3 match, and as many reach as you want. reach is like buying a lottery ticket. u mite get in; i never would've known if i get into princeton or not if i dont apply, but u mite not get in, but the more u apply to, the more likely u will get accepted at at least one of them.</p>
