school year in august</p>
<p>like for me, i went to the website to look at the different dorms
and find where I would wanna stay in...</p>
<p>i looked at the different clubs i could join, like the ksa
and this club for human ecology students
i even checked out the cheerleading squad haha</p>
<p>I've looked at all the dorm information...frankly, nothing stands out to me....I don't really care where I live as long as its on campus. As for clubs, I've checked out all the cultural ones that I'd be interested in. I also found it interesting that theres a Lindsay Lohan Fan Club there...lol (though I don't think its school-sponsored)</p>
<p>how did you get dorm info already? Does it come up on the website only after they process your $400 confirmation fee?</p>
<p>I was planning what liquor to buy before college, quite honestly</p>
<p>All I know is that I want to be in a Co-ed dorm building</p>

<p>I wanted to be in a co-ed dorm until someone told me the all-girls dorm was mad nicer... I just really hope that I meet people with the same interests as me and who share my really awkward sense of humor.</p>

<p>I'm still trying to decide with the dorms. Balch is absolutely beautiful but I've always had a ton of guy friends and I feel like I might lose out if I'm only with girls. Do guys hang out there a lot? </p>
<p>As far as extracurriculars, IF I have the time I definitely want to play intramural basketball since I've played for 10 years. Since I'm in the Hotel School (obviously) I want to become involved with Dinner Club and (don't laugh) the Spa Association. I heard the Outing Club is great too. Cornell is so beautiful, might as well be outdoors. :)</p>

<p>I agree with Cornell2009Hotelie, I would want to stay in Balch too. I've heard that since it's an all girls dorm that guys hang out there, the only thing is that they have to be escorted by a girl lol. For clubs I would def do a religious club, a pre-vet club and the Ghanaians @ Cornell club (lol cuz I'm from Ghana). O and I would def want to do club swimming and maybe dance team... wow that sounds like alot I'll probably have to cut back on some of them lol :)</p>

<p>i'm not in yet, so i'm real sorry for hijacking, but i'd love to get in the JAM dorm. it sounds riotously fun, music 24/7.</p>
