OK, I'm posting two new threads in one day. This is the last one :D.

Everybody applying for a school as an upper/junior/11th grader, say hi here, tell us about a favorite school, or whatever. Who knows, we all may be classmates (or rivals) in the next year! :]

i've gone on interviews for all but exeter, but the exeter is coming up in 1 1/2 weeks. the interviews went surprisingly well though. one step down...it seems like there are thousands more to go!

believe me, I can commiserate. When said interviews are actually taking place, it seems like it's THE deciding factor as to whether or not you get accepted; then you get home, and remember the actual applications, the tests, the recs... it's such a long process!

Nervous as all get out, but not due to the off-campus. I live so far away, and on campus interview was never an option, so I don't know the thought of otherwise.

For the most part mine will all be on the phone too. That makes me really really really anxious. Noramlly I can make myself feel better by flashing a smile at whoever is in the room,. doing something like tripping, which makes me less nervous. Plus, I do horribly talking on the phone. I hate the phone, and that's how the majority of mine will be.

I hate the phone too, lol! You can't read people's faces, or see their expressions... it's all guesswork, and it just makes me uncomfortable. I much prefer speaking to somebody's face :D

I'm an international student applying as a junior to hotchkiss, tabor, deerfield, loomis chaffee, and some others I'm not sure yet.
I'm planning to have an on campus interview during the thanksgiving break.
I'll be going to Boston, so hopefully I'd get a chance to go to tabor and deerfield..
I don't know how can I get there though. Does anyone know?
If not then I have to do them by phone. hate it too :(

I am slowly plowing through them, lol! I'm actually not repeating =0. In my school, I'm not one of the oldest ones in my grade. The problem is that my birthday is in early november, which is really quite early for many standards... i'm not graduating at 19 and a half, lol!

i did, i applied to andover and hotchkiss last year and i was waitlisted at both. :(
but now i'm more experienced and I feel like a veteran of sorts
