I'm writing a report about the Naval Academy, and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a class profile for the class of 1976. I have found that 181 females entered the Naval Academy with that class, but I can't find any graduation statistics.</p>
<p>I read some information on the first West Point class to admit women in a coffee table book... 120something women entered the class, and 66 or so graduated. I have no idea where you might easily find that sort of information if you don't have a nifty book lying around though!</p>
<p>Hi~Find a USNA graduate in your area and ask if they keep old Shipmates (alumni mag). A library may have some archived. They post stats every year. You might try calling the Alumni Association / or emailing them (they respond quickly) as they probably have that information on file. I remember my Dad encouraging my sister that graduated the following year. She had bad eyes and glasses were disqualifying at the time Best of Luck! She wouldn't have liked the lifestyle either...it was the 70's :-) Juniormom :-)</p>
