Does anybody actually purchase this? I just got the mailing today.

And on a side note - does Penn have a yearbook once we graduate?

The directory is free on the penn website...search for it on google. Just type in Upenn directory or something...

The Class of 2009 Directory, or "Facebook" as it was once called before the website came about, is actually purchased by many students, although I can imagine that the number will begin to dwindle as the Facebook (now talking internet site) is used more often.

I bought the directory last year; it is basically just a yearbook layout with names and pictures of as many people from your class who decided to put their pic in it. It's not a scam or anything, but it's really probably not all that necessary. I have only opened mine once all year... Facebook is much easier to find people and pictures, and the Penn online directory is also easy enough to find e-mail addresses and such.

most people get it...in my experience...youshould too, it's like 15 bucks
