Class of 2009: What do you wish you had known as a freshman at Berkeley?

<p>If you could go back in time to your freshman year, what would do you differently? Study more, socialize, research? Just list anything that comes to your mind- academics, sports, social life etc...</p>

<p>I wish I took 4 classes during freshmen year instead of 3. Also, I wish I was smart enough to just more easy breadth and major req during freshman year so I don’t have to deal with them latter on.</p>

<p>The official tour looks so fun and I’ve never been on one even though I go here. I feel like going on one of those tours would just complete my experience at Berkeley like a feather completes a bonnet, except now when I think about joining one of these tours I feel awkward since all the other kids are prospectives with their parents and I’m not.</p>

<p>Also, since I’m an engineer, I mostly stay on the Northeast side of campus and I’d like to find out more about the other parts.</p>
