<p>I'll have a lecture about college admission tomorrow morning, but I talked to this girl who already had the lecture a few weeks ago and they told her that ND will disregard the new writing section. Like some other school, they don't think the writing section really shows how well you can write. </p>
<p>I've been here for 2 weeks now and I have fallen in love with this place. ND is, without a doubt, my top choice. Now, whether they take me in or not is a completely different matter. =P</p>

<p>Could you elaborate on what you like so much about ND since you have had 2 weeks there? Also, my son is interested in finding out more about the engineering program. In fact, he will be visiting next week.</p>
<p>Do you get a sense of what kind of student succeeds in their engineering program, and how does ND engineering compare with other schools? I assume your summer program is an introduction to engineering and dealing with these issues. Many thanks.</p>
