What are your fears/expectations for next year?
Fears:
-That my stupid school will make my head explode from their stupidness before I get to graduate.
-That I won’t get into New College.
-That my grades will slip due to family drama and my acceptance at New will get rescinded (if I do get accepted)

Expectations:
-That my school will continue its legacy of stupid, annoying policies that make no sense and anger the few intelligent students in the school
-That the year will take far too long to finish.

Ohhh I forgot to do fear/expectations

Fears:
That I won’t have enough time to get everything done. I’m just afraid that the year gonna be over before I know it and I won’t get to do everything I wanted to do.
I’m afraid that I won’t be ready to say goodbye to all my friends and family…I’m kinda afraid of leaving all this behind but at the same time, I’m SO excited to get out.

Expectations:
Complete chaos. It’s gonna be a roller coaster ride, no joke. Lots of emotions and excitement but also drama and disappointment. The first half of the year is gonna be insane with college apps and SAT/ACT testing and the workload of intense AP classes. Everyone’s gonna be stressed out and going crazy. The second half of the year…is going to be bittersweet.

What are your fears/expectations for next year?
Expectations – to do very well in school, to make varsity tennis, to get many leadership opportunities in clubs, to get totally stressed out with school + to have a great senior year!

Fears – to only get into Geneseo, to not get enough financial aid at colleges, that AP Calculus + AP Bio will be too hard

I think I’ve decided I’m going to go to northeastern university for pharmacy. College wise, I’m sure I can get into somewhere really selective like Boston College or if I tried hard enough washington university in st. louis. There I would do premed. But i decided I like the lifestyle of a pharmacist more

Edit: Ap calc nor Ap bio are that hard. For Ap Bio, to pull ahead of everybody else and to set yourself up to have a great broad understanding, read the book for the first half of the year. I say for the first half of the year (until January), because after that the material becomes to dense and you should just work out of your review book for the AP exam. If you read from the book for the first half though, every thing will make sense to you and you’ll see the big picture, whereas your classmates will struggle.

It’s time to start to seriously think about the nitty gritty of the application process…

When you request your SAT score reports to be sent to a list of colleges, does each college see (the names of) the other colleges that also received your SAT score reports??

Bubbe: No, they don’t know which colleges you apply to.

What are your fears/expectations for next year?

I’m asian and I won’t get into any good colleges!!!
Fears- not getting into any good colleges!!!
expectations: ditching school everyday…screw senior year, i already have senioritis

Ah!!! I just got my schedule and apparently they couldn’t fit AP Stat into my schedule, leaving me with only four academic classes and two AP’s next year (most difficult schedule usually means five academic classes with 2-3 AP’s at my school). Oh well, hopefully I can figure something out.
