and College: college of business...</p>

<p>is that different from a plain admit like halo king?</p>

<p>I found something interesting. This is on their website.</p>

Admit - Alternative Choice: Applicant admitted to an alternate program.
Admit - College Reviewed: Applicant admitted through college review.
Applicant Accepts Offer: Applicant admitted and accepts offer.
Applicant Agrees to Wait List: Applicant agrees to wait list offer.
Applicant Declines Wait List: Applicant declines wait list offer.
Applicant Rejects Offer: Applicant admitted but declined offer.
Deny - Incomplete - Program Clsd: Application was incomplete when program closed.
Deny - Reviewed: Applicant not admitted.
Deny - Failed Special Requirement: Applicant not admitted due to failing special requirement.
Deny - Lower Division Denial: Applicant did not meet lower division transfer admission requirements.
Deny - Trans Courses/Hrs Not Met: Applicant did not meet course prerequisites.
Offered Wait List: Applicant placed on Wait List.
Petition Denied: Appeal was rejected.
Program Closed: Program not open at the level to which applicant applied. </p>

<p>I guess that means I got in. Yay.</p>

<p>but i still don't understand..why are there three types of admit...so whats the "college review"</p>

<p>haloking, yes, it means you are in engineering for CS. Admit v. admit college reviewed usually, but not always, means (a) admit college reviewed means admitting college's admissions committee reviewed your file and made the decision;(b) admit (with nothing else) means computer basically made decision -- each college can submit criteria to admissions, such as ranges of scores, rank, other info and if students info fed into computer meets the given criteria, the computer can admit; note what those criteria are vary and business college usually has its committee review all applicants. Note, that is the usual case but sometimes "admit" can be shown even if college reviewed -- they just fail to designate when decision goes in.</p>
