Class of 2011 Early Decision Letters

220 days until we get our early decisison letters!
Which school(s) is everyone choosing to apply to early?!

I’m not going ED for any colleges. I don’t want to have to be bound to one college and then turn out to hate it. I’ll just apply early action and stuff like that.

Awesome, which schools?

I’m not entirely sure as of now but for now I have: U of M-Ann Arbor and schools like that lol ^^.

^UofM doesn’t have EA though, does it? Just Early Response.

No ED to any school. Probably EA to MIT, and maybe UChicago and/or CalTech for the heck of it.

what is that

@millan, yes I know, but early response is sort of like EA.

Well I was asking about all Early applications. Because no mattre what methods a school uses, most top schools reply by December 15th (220 days from now)!

Yeah, that’s probably the case, what schools are you applying to elbeeen?

Amherst College

I’m hoping to get all of my apps done early and have an answer or two even before December, but we’ll see how it goes. I’m planning to apply to UAlabama in July; for schools that are more reach-y for me, like UT, UVA, UF, I’m waiting until Fall so I can send some senior grades and my most recent SAT scores.

Carleton for sure!!!

ED at NYU!!

Northwestern (probably, still have to visit)

Probably applying SCEA to Yale.

I’d love to apply somewhere ED, but I doubt that I will.

ED to Brown probably, EA at Bard
