<p>I don't know who you think you are, but spreading falsehoods about the poor girl that got waitlisted is uncalled for. Have you seen the letter? Why would you slander the name of Mr. Xtefii who told us the truth that letters were sent out yesterday. You sir are a disgrace to all Georgetown applicants and I hope that you never join me on the Hilltop.</p>

<p>As a heads up, the accepted letter is a bit thicker than the deferred/rejected letter is. Three sheets - two white, one blue. The blue one was wrapped around the other two, so if you are really nervous and want to hold your envelope up to the light or something before opening, blue is a good sign.</p>
<p>This is so awesome. Getting deferred wasn't the kiss of death!</p>

Because I have had a lot of medical problems this year so I had to drop one of my AP classes. and I didn't know til a few days ago that it showed up on my transcript. Mom didn't want me to tell my colleges cuz I didn't know if I would get better (I am mostly better now).. they might've thought I wouldn't have been a good candidate for a 4 year college career. so yeah.

<p>I got rejected from Ivies today. No surprise. But this really means I am getting a rejection from Georgetown. Dreams end like a car crash at 102mph crashing into a building, or a cow depending on where you live/</p>

<p>And my heart is with all you who got rejected, I know how much that hurts, it hurts more than anything. To what it's worth, I havn't gotten in anywhere right. You will all go far in life regardless of what happends to you tommorrow. Best of luck in everything you all do, you are all great students and people, and you get where you want to go in life regardless (even though I, myself have a tough time beliving that). This threads have been fun, but I doubt I'll be able to bring myself back if I get rejected. Best of luck to you all.</p>
