from what i see its very typical for us internationals to apply to more universities than students in the us, btw:
u of miami: accepted
unc chapel hill: rejected
clemson: accepted
u of san fran: accepted

those of you who got the decision by u of michigan, do they email it or do i have to wait for the greek postage office to lose it 3 times?

Dickinson Ed1- Deferred
Franklin and Marshall ED2- Rejected
Wittenberg University- Accepted (asked me to pay around 16K per year)
Kenyon College- rejected
Wheaton College, MA- Waitlisted

13 more to go...............fingers still crossed

@pantrits : You can see your decision (when it is made) under the 'View Decision' link on Wolverine Access. Sometimes they don't post it online, though, in which case you'll get it by mail.
I got my decision online, then they sent an email then I got the letter after 5 weeks .

lol why do they have to tell you the decision later? they wanna compare you with the RD pool? then wats the point of having ED? or does is it a more polite and hopeful way of saying u're waitlisted into oblivion?

Yes, they want to compare the applicant with the RD ones. Its just a way of saying "We think you're good enough but we don't know whether we can accept you now".
But its generally known that deferred students have lesser chances of getting in.

Getting into Stanford...Not going to happen...Which is alright...
The others I dont have a preference so as long as I am going to college I am happy...Cant really study pure physics in India...

Oh sorry to hear but like I was saying the other day...Its only one golden star...There a few others and many that will be great for you...So no worries
