Class of 2012? Anybody? Anybody?

I’m taking French, I’m in French 3. I’m really bad at it, but on the brightside this will be my last year of French

The French teacher in my school = be pretty and flash some cleavage and you’ll get a A

That’s why a lot of people switch out of his class and into Spanish or Mandarin. Lol…his class is mainly full of guys …

I’m taking Spanish II Honors this year

PE all four years!? Suddenly I love the CA system >.>

So… umm… what clubs are you in? Do you have an officer position? Anybody in ASB/Student Gov.?

^haha. I know right? Two years only :] And I’m playing sports so I don’t have to take PE at all.

Ugh. I want to be in ASB, but it’s an official class period.

I play sports all 3 seasons but it’s a law in NY you have to take PE every year.

NY just HAS to be that cruel. -___- And on top of PE, my school requires me to take Fitness for a quarter.

yeah, we also have to take a computer class and health.

^We’re required to take health (semester course), but I just took it online. It’s a waste of a class period.

NJ is the same with gym, it’s INCREDIBLY annoying. My school has a ton of requirements, too, I have to take 3 computer classes. Oh, and lunch used to be optional until this year, where we got a rotating block drop whatever schedule and now we have an hour of lunch every day. Which is cool and all, but we can’t go off-campus. And health is required all 4 years, but it’s just a marking period out of gym. I’m in driver’s ed right now, even though no permit until July. :(

As for APs, I literally think there are only 4 sophomores in any AP classes. I’m in AP Music Theory. My school is so strict with APs for underclassmen.

Oh, and I’m in French 3. Easy. I love it. <3 Sorry for the huge essay haha. :D

My school also requires us to take 4 years of gym/health and it isn’t even a district requirement, but my school is plain old unreasonable.

On top of that, we need to take JROTC to graduate for at least one year. The district just introduced this credit requirement this year into their policy. Ugh… I can’t do JROTC because I have Block Zero/ sometimes Block 9 for AP Biology and next year for AP Chemistry… This is so messed up.

IL has state requirement for gym all 4 years, minus a semester of health in soph year (right now for me). Ugh. I hate it.

I’m hoping to get on varsity badminton junior/senior year. At my school, if you’re on a varsity sport, you can get out of gym that semester- second semester for spring sports like badminton, first semester for fall and winter sports.

JROTC? That’s like military stuff right? Correct me.

Wow, your school has badminton? That’s so cool! I swim but I only made JV last year, I’m hopingfor varsity this year.

I realized that in my country I’m considered the class of 2011 but on CC, I’ll probably belong here because my school year runs from Jan to Dec so I’ll actually graduate in December 2011 but will only go to college in 2012 i.e. College Class of '16

I’ll be doing quite a number of APs next year but it seems interesting

I think I killed this thread! O:

you youngsters

class of 2012 here, yeah i saw CC my freshman year, and finally made an account this year so…

Once 2010 comes I think I’ll finally stop feeling so “new”. And develop contempt for the 2010 CCers :]

Yay class of 2012!

Damn. Class of 2012.

Next year.

OUT OF THIS *****.

We need more threads about the class of 2012!
