<p>^And I believe BYU doesn’t accept fee waivers. I have seen quite a number of my friends devising uncanny ways to pay their application fees.</p>

<p>just go to a bank…say u want to make a draft ani send…otherwise wire garda ni huncha tara wire gara the firms and the banks involved in between charges u some money and the money if 30$ might not be 30$ but lil less when it reaches there that is if the bank does not have direct link with the bank in US…but better make a draft and send via EMS or DHL…with my experience HBL charges 250 and investment charges 350 for the draft ur choice!!</p>
