Class of 2012, TOP school & academic profile?

I’m back!!!

And now I’m gone. Peace out.

This is the first time that this thread has been so silent.

Regional Science bowl competition at UNLV this Saturday…

^
So people are studying for that thing?

MUN conference this Friday and Saturday.

I’m Mitt Romney.

All these math things.
Nothing like this goes on for writers and artists.

^^^I am. :frowning:
^^I love Mitt Romney. I’m in the process of reading his book, No Apology.

Woot Class of 2012!!! xD

My sleeping schedule is so off…

Yay homework that I probably won’t do!

…

Dead thread.

Yay for IVs and 3 failed blood withdrawals.

… Again I say, Memphis doctors suck.

Drive your ass up to Vandy.

Yay ACT prep. Barron’s is kicking my butt

I might. ****.

You use Barrons? Have you tried the red book?

Did you guys ever notice that whenever someone gets rejected from a school they say “oh it’s because im white or Asian, some black/Hispanic kid took my place and they probably weren’t smarter than me”?

Is the red book Princeton???

@CPU: Yea… I hate when people do that.
Or by their race/ethnicity, they put “ASIAN / WHITE (■■■)” or “Asian / WHITE =(” or better, “Affirmative action should be abolished” in the general comments section on those stats templates.
Bleh, salty ass people. Yea affirmative action is a tad messed up right now, but don’t blame me if I just so happen to get in and your ass didn’t.

Red book = The Real ACT Prep Guide

Yeah, and colleges don’t accept people with the BEST grades. Even top tiers an ivies. They go for personality more, and who has overcome things in their lives. A white/Asian person could have experienced those things too, but I doubt on as large a scale as us. MIT weighs that more than your grades & ECs(says so on the website).

And no I didn’t. I have Princeton and Barron’s and I’m not buying anymore.

The thing that I really hate is when people come up with bogus scenarios, like “Well what about the rich black kid who’s parents make $350,000 who has private tutors, etc etc etc versus the poor Asian kid who’s parents own a Chinese restaurant and is a first generation immigrant who is still struggling to learn English? Everyone knows Harvard will pick the rich black kid” -_____-
