Convince your parents to let you leave MA. they’re setting you up Without options.

^
tufts does not have my major anyway.

And i’m trying but you know how parents are.

Yeah I do. My mom and I got into it a couple times.
But she said no more than a 4 hour drive.

Loool @ Spelman’s ACT average. That’s a bit sad.
Now that is your safety.

That’s Embarrassing. That turned me^^ off

I’ll add my list too!

Stanford REA
UCLA
UCB
USD medical BSMD

IF rejected from Stanford REA (which is likely…)
Yale
Brown

Yay stanford REA :)

Emory (My mom REALLY wants me to go)
UGA
George Washington
Georgetown
Boston U

Maybe:
Northwestern
George Mason

I would have a party4lyfe if I got into Emory. #1 school fer sure

I’m surprised more people aren’t taking advantage of Harvard/Princeton SCEA.

Also, for those of you with super-long lists, do yourself a favor and apply to matches and safeties early. Hopefully, you’ll have at least one acceptance in hand before Christmas and won’t need to apply to a whole slew of colleges. I know I’m wishing I hadn’t applied to so many (13). It’s just a waste of time if you’ve already gotten in places.

but it’s still good to apply to many, especially if you need scholarships. i was going to apply to 14 but now it’s 10 i think. 13 is a good number

Early:
Princeton SCEA (Now that it exists!)
UVA EA (If in-state publics will be allowed under Princeton’s SCEA)

Regular:
Yale
Dartmouth
Vanderbilt
Virginia Tech

but since everyone else is doing this EA/RD thing :D

EA:
Rutgers, MIT, UMASS, Neu, Wellesley.

RD:
Yale, Barnard, RPI, BU.

**i thought all publics were allowed under SCEA

@CPU: They’re not; you’re thinking of REA.
SCEA = soyeah can apply to Princeton, their in-state public and/or a public school with non-binding rolling admissions early.

UC Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD
UCSB (backup)
USC
Stanford
Princeton
Johns Hopkins
Harvard, maybe?

^ Yay USC and Stanford :)

Columbia
Brown
Cornell
Yale
UPenn
URoch
Northeastern
Drexel
NYU
Johns Hopkins
CMU?

That’s a long list. I think I want to apply to Columbia ED though, and I’m not sure what else I can apply to early if I do that.
