<p>Brown e.g. has its form 1 and 1A, which are the "only official method for initiating an application". In addition they say "return form 1 and 1A as soon as possible but definitely by the appropriate deadline" </p>
<p>I guess once you uploaded this pre-apps or whatever they're called then you'll get your password for the online access etc. etc.
it depends a bit from college to college; some have the same deadlines for the pre-apps like for the rest of the application, some have earlier deadlines.</p>
