<p>...and the drum roll....as will come as no surprise to many....my son will send in the USMA acceptance tomorrow. CVW was very nice; it's just not West Point...his heart has been there since his Nov visit...it's nice to have a decision, and now we move forward!</p>

<p>Great - I think he made a good choice mom3boys ;), but on a more serious note, I'm really pleased he made an informed decision that was right for him.</p>

<p>Thanks Ann...I think he made the decision that was right for him; and that was what I wanted. When he started this process last year, I was very pro-Navy...couldn't imagine why he wanted USMA. It has been a journey. I am now 100% behind him, and know he made a wise choice.</p>

<p>got a call from my congressmen last week, got the packet yesterday, and will send the acception tomoorrow... Nothing but excited about the whole thing :). My dad and I have been watching this post for the last week and it has been really helpful. Thanks to everyone.</p>

<p>Absolutely!! It's an open party...we're staying at the swanky Econolodge!! An establishment of that calibre probably doesn't have a blender...so we'll be looking for a watering hole!</p>

<p>We're at the Econolodge too!! Was there last summer and no...no blender...but the people were nice and it's close to the gate and the store. I understand they have been doing renovations...
It will be great to "run into" all y'all ;~)</p>
