Caltech or bust!
/delusional

Duke!!! (lord help me haha)
Or UNC, Hopkins, Stanford, and safeties.

Dartmouth ED
University of Chicago
Northwestern
Penn
Johns Hopkins
Emory
Duke
Carnegie Mellon
Vanderbilt

These are obviously reaches& high matches. Haven’t thought about the safeties, at this stage.

Now here’s a question-- Does applying to ED actually boost the chances of getting in to a college, excluding the recruited athletes/legacies whatsoever? Any reply would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

stanford is my ideal, of course.
if not, UCLA, university of chicago, or UCSD would be just fine with me.

Columbia, Stanford, UPenn, or Princeton. My only thing with Princeton is the lid on the number of A’s.

I think I’m going to end up applying to about 30 schools. God help me.

Vassar <3 I’m thinking of doing ED.

My daughter wants to go to Butler University. I hate to say it but I think may remain a dream due to cost.

@bluenotebook2 Haha 30? XD Mine is 18, and even that’s too many… (although 4 of mine don’t charge an application fee)

And still doing EA at MIT… Along with with Georgetown and BC…

Lulz, my list is only like 12 long, not including 2ish safeties. Dat Penn ED…

haha I know, my list is slightly ridiculous. I know I’ll have to narrow it down, but it’s just so hard :O

But yeah. Columbia, Stanford, and UPenn are definitely dream schools in my opinion.

I know ): it really is hard to narrow it down ): There’s so many amazing schools; I feel like I’d be missing out on something by not applying… Lol, If that even makes sense…

SAME LESLEY I totally am feeling the same way. All schools are so cool and so unique.

I wonder how difficult it must be for admissions officers :O

Ik): There’s so many amazing colleges… It really hurt to cut Dartmouth off my list… And Amherst< and UPenn<33

Sometimes I just wanna apply to all of them anyway. lmao

Harvard.

:(

@Seilvero- I know that for alot of schools the acceptance rate for early decision is much higher than for regular. At Johns Hopkins, the admission counselor said that the ED admission rate was 40%, and the regular admission rate is somewhere around 20%. Also, at Duke, the ED acceptance is 26%, and regular is only 16 or something!

Alaska bible college!

i wanna do pace, york, maybe SUNY Oneonta, LIU, maybe fordham

Bob Jones U

is duke actually that competitive? drat.

Lol duke is very competitive ^.^
