<p>i went overboard cuz my counselor said all these were dream schools for me and I got free applications via Questbridge. Other college advisors said it would be a reach for me to get into places like UCLA. </p>

<p>But i have one of my school’s highest ever SAT scores, am number 1, a minority, eccentric, unwealthy, determined to overcome personal challenges,and have a ton of extracurriculars along with an essay a Berkeley professor said was one of her favs ever.</p>

<p>but i thought wellesley of all places would give me a likely! they have a 33% acceptance rate after all!</p>

<p>@mediopollito Thanks, I think my choice is going to be NYU although Purdue is very prestigious for engineering- its going to take some thinking but for sure I will make my mind up by May 1st lol!</p>
